How can i cancel my order?

To cancel your order, you’ll need to sign in and click into your “Order History”, then search for the order you’d like to cancel.

How do i return an item?

To return the appliances, contact our customer careline by phone or email. We’ll arrange for our delivery or courier personnel to collect the item from you.

I received damaged / defective item, what should i do?

You can return or request an exchange (subjected to investigation) within 7 calendar days of receipt if the items are incorrect, damaged, or defective. Incorrect items, include those that are not what you ordered, with different models or colors, or missing parts. Damaged items are those found damaged upon receipt, while defective items do not function as described by the manufacturer. Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt, in new condition and original packaging with all the accessories and free gifts. For incorrect items, packaging must be unused and unmarked. Items must be unused and securely sealed items must not be opened, unless found defective at the time of opening. Prior to any returning, please contact our customer support for further assistance. We may assign our technician to come for inspection for any defective units and to further advice.

For which reason can i return an item?

Incorrect: The item is not the item you ordered. The model or colour is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging. Damaged: The item is found to be damaged upon receipt. Defective: The product is not functioning as described by the manufacturer.

Can i return an item after return policy coverage days?

Returned items must meet the following requirements: The item must be shipped back to us within 7 calendar days upon receipt (as proved by the postal or courier receipt), in new condition and its original packaging with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts. All packaging must be unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any manner. The item must be unused or not installed. All securely sealed items must not be opened, unless our service center can ascertain that they were found defective at the time of opening. Most orders are returnable within 7 calendar days upon receipt if they are incorrect, damaged, or defective. Incorrect items include those that differ in model or color from the order summary, have missing items or parts in the packaging, are damaged upon receipt, or are defective as described by the manufacturer.

How and when i will receive my refund?

Depending on the mode of payment you’ve selected upon transaction, you will be offered mode of refund based on your payment mode, which will take between 1 to 15 working days depending on our partnering banks or 3 to 30 working days depending on our partnering e-wallet providers. The time period for the refunds is an expected estimation only which may be subjected to changes from time to time. Please consult the table below for details.
